Internet sales tax becomes Law in Arkansas
National Jeweler April 11, 2011 The Natural State is the latest in a line of states to pass an Internet sales tax law, a spokesman for the Arkansas governor's office confirmed to National Jeweler. Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe signed the legislation, officially S.B. 738, into law on April 1. According to the bill, Internet retailers that have in-state marketing affiliate Web sites and generate $10,000 or more a year in sales from Arkansas residents now will have to collect sales tax. >>> |
