U.S. Online Retail Sales Up 12%

U.S. online retail sales were up 12 percent to $16.8 billion from Nov. 1 to Dec. 3 according to comScore.Cyber Monday became the heaviest online spending day on record at $1.028 billion. The rest of the week saw four individual days reach $800 million in consumer spending.Thanksgiving Day saw a 28 percent increase in online spending. Online sales reached $648 million on Black Friday, a 9 percent increase from last year. >>>
