| Wal-Mart tops SAP retail list National Jeweler JUNE 30, 2006 - Washington, D.C. -- With revenues in excess of $315 billion, Wal-Mart ranked first on SAP's list of the top 100 retailers of 2005. Discount stores and department stores appeared frequently on the list, while a few jewelers made an appearance toward the bottom of the list, which ranks stores based on revenue. Tiffany & Co. ranked 96th with revenues of $2.4 billion, an 8.6 percent increase over the previous year. The mass department stores made an impressive showing, with Sears Holdings ranked 3rd, Federated Department Stores ranked 14th and J.C. Penney ranked 16th. Among luxury department stores, Nordstrom ranked 41st, Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises ranked 44th and Neiman Marcus Group ranked 68th. SAP provides business software to the retail industry. The list appears in the July issue of Stores magazine, the monthly publication by the National Retail Federation. |

 SALESPERSON ATTACKED IN HOTEL PARKING LOT Amarillo, TX – June 26, 2006 A traveling salesperson was attacked by four or more Hispanics in a hotel parking lot. The salesperson, who had driven six hours from Albuquerque, NM, was pushed to the ground and suffered scratches and bruises. When the suspects first attacked the salesperson's secure, reinforced car trunk, they set off the car alarm, but were unable to get in the trunk.
