North Bethesda, MD – April 4, 2006
A suspect entered a mall retail jewelry chain store at 3:50 p.m. and asked to see a diamond ring. When the sales associate removed the ring from the showcase and handed it to the suspect, he left the store with the ring. The suspect is described as a black male, 50 years old, 5’8” to 5’ 10”, 160-170 lbs. He was described as very skinny and clean shaven. He was wearing dark pants, a navy blue windbreaker and a navy blue hat with a military insignia, and sunglasses. More
