Now is really the time to plan. Get your business in order. If you've been thinking about doing say, email campaigns, or updating your website. Do it now.

Don't forget to collect email addresses. Here's a sample form for you to use. Simply print this out and keep it at the counter. Designate an employee to record the addresses in Excel or some easy-to-use program so that when you're ready to send an email campaign, the addresses will be available.

This week's question (Email me your feedback and you will receive a gift coupon toward a GemFind service of your choice):

What is the best campaign you've done for Mother's Day?

Roberson's Fine Jewelry

http://www.robersonsfinejewelry.com

Development Need: Roberson's Fine Jewelry wanted a total website to showcase their focus on custom design and jewelry repair facility. Additionally, they responded to their customers and added GemFind's GF Diamond LINK&trad; diamond database to their site as well as the GemFind Ring Builder interface as a front end to that database.

GemFind Solution: Implemented custom-look total website package with Macromedia Flash™ animation and a artistic look that reflected Roberson's in-store style. Integrated the GF Diamond LINK™ database and the GF Ring Builder.

Client Comments: Morgan, I wanted to say thanks again for an incredible job building Roberson's new website. We were looking for a site that was different than your typical website, and you and Gemfind exceeded our expectations. One of the most impressive aspects of the entire process was your patience in working with someone who didn't know much about building a website. We at Roberson's feel that you and Gemfind have built a website that will improve our business and provide the resources to be leaders in our field. Thank you again for an outstanding job. Sincerely, Jason Rainwater, Operations Manager
