Artur Beller, president of the Beurs voor Diamanthandel, who has passed away in
Antwerp. Mr. Beller also served as president of the Belgian Federation of Diamond

Affluents buy jewelry in stores,increasing spend

luxury goods, including jewelry, this year for the first time since 2007, the latest
