Tiffany & Co. is seeking in federal court to permanently shut down a massive network of Web sites allegedly peddling counterfeit Tiffany jewelry, court papers show. According to documents filed Dec. 20 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Norfolk, Va., Tiffany is suing Ge Wang, King Wang, Ning Zhou and a number of yet-unnam

Retailers Expanding in 2011: Survey

Retailers in 2011 are looking to expand, according to a new report from the National Retail Federation and KMPG. Some 41 percent of retail executives said that their companies intend to increase domestic store expansions in 2011, up from 25 percent in 2010.
