My name is Michael and I recently made the decision to partner with Gemfind about 3 months ago. My site went live about 5-6 weeks ago during the holiday season and I have not had the opportunity to write this message until now.

I am specifically writing in regards to Alex and Anthony, who assisted me thru the whole process. I simply cannot express how happy I am with these two gentleman. After months of looking at different proposals, I came into contact with Alex after I rcvd one of your e-blasts. Long story short, he convinced me of the benefits of choosing Gemfind and emailed me other work your firm has done (per my request). His professionalism exceeded (well exceeded) any other salesperson I have dealt with. He conducted business with composure and class, and showed me tangible advantages that I needed to see.

After I pulled the trigger and chose Gemfind, I met Anthony, who is nothing but a god damn genius! This guy knows his stuff. Every time I left a message, he returned my call within hrs with an answer/solution. His design suited my needs after the first attempt. Also a guy with some class and professionalism. When I had a challenge, he took in stride and got it done, when its so much easier to say it cant be done.

Again, I am thrilled with my experience and greatly anticipate what comes of this in 2010. Give these guys a pat on the back as they greatly deserve it. Good doing business with ya!!

Kindest Regards,
Michael Haddad

Plenty of bad news landed on the jewelry industry's doorstep in 2009, from bankruptcies to a TV exposé on "conflict gold." But there was some good news too, including a gigantic pearl discovered in the Philippines and

PR is one of the industries that's taken an alleged "hit" in the last year due to the advent of social media. But I, like many, believe social media is just a new tool that's making PR more effective - and weeding out the truly great PR executives from the not-so-great.>>>

By Carly Wickell,                                           About.com Guide

What is an Independent Jewelry Designer / Maker?:

Look around the internet in general, and make a stop at craft sites, like Etsy. Visit jewelry booths at local craft shows and consignment shops.
