A romance has sparked between high-end find jewelry design house, Bulgari and French runway model, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.

Women's Wear Daily reports that the lovely Carla Bruni-Sarkozy will be returning to modeling for the new Bulgari campaign, starring in the Bulgari's haute joaillerie ad campaign set to break in the later half of 2013. Photographer, Terry Richardson has reportedly captured the upcoming advertisements earlier this week in Rome, Italy.

Bruni-Sarkozy has had an eventful life, to say the least. The mother of two, ex-girlfriend to Mick Jagger left her official post at the Palais de l'Élysée back in May. She has recently finished her fourth album as a recording artist, and participated in a high-traffic headphone campaign. At forty-four (though her pictures would have you guessing about fifteen years younger) Bruni is a proud mother to baby girl, Giulia and eleven year old son, Aurelian. She married Nicolas Sarkozy in 2008. However, prior to this, Bruni was known to date rock stars (Yes, Mick Jagger included).

The high fashion star sparked tabloid rumor recently after letting slip the famed phrase, "Monogamy bores me terribly." What a firecracker, ey?
